VanHoose Residential is an award winning Oklahoma City based home builder. We are a family-owned business run by Grant VanHoose. The VanHoose family has experienced three generations of excellence in the Oklahoma construction and development industry dating back to 1980.
Our history of residential developments include some of Central Oklahoma’s favorite communities: Edgewater, The Falls, The Preserve at Pine Creek, and The Bluffs at Pine Creek. While our focus is traditionally on upscale custom homes and attention-rich spec homes, we work with clients with a broad-range of budgets to create their dream home.
Our team of experienced construction and development professionals is dedicated to working with clients through every step of the home building process. Our team has opted to focus on a select number of quality builds per year rather than volume to guarantee our product offerings.
